Introduction

     Cashew production line is an automated processing system that covers the whole process from raw material processing to finished product packaging, mainly including raw material sorting, steaming, shelling, drying, moistening, peeling, grading and packaging. The production line is efficient, stable in quality and hygienic, suitable for the food industry and nut snack manufacturing industry.

Applicable Scope

        Cashew production line is suitable for food industry, snack manufacturing, catering industry (supply cashew raw materials) and health food industry (production of natural cashew kernels as healthy snacks). Its efficient and hygienic processing capacity meets the diverse market needs.

Product Feature

1.  The cashew grading machine uses rollers to segment and adjust the gap size for grading. The cashews are more evenly sorted and can be customized according to customer needs.  

2.  The cashew grading machine is divided into four levels according to the width of the kernel: below 8mm, 8-10mm, 10-12mm, and above 12mm. Each level has a dedicated hopper, no mixing, and the gap and production capacity are adjustable.  

3.  The shelling machine consists of transmission, grading, rack and other parts, which is reliable and easy to adjust.

4.  The shelling machine is simple to operate, the shell is broken evenly, and the shelling rate and kernel rate are high.  

5.  The shell kernel screening machine has three layers, which filter layer by layer and screen more finely.  

6.  The drying box has a large capacity and is equipped with 4 fans, which are evenly heated during drying.  

7.  The cashew peeling machine consists of an elevator, a loosening machine, a peeling machine, and a kernel sorting machine. The peeling is efficient, the kernel is not damaged, the production efficiency is high, and there are few failures. 

8.  The three-layer multi-roller grader is used for grading cashew kernels. It can be classified into different specifications, with the kernels intact, the sorting size is adjustable, and the operation is simple.
