Introduction

JDL mechanical top drive series drilling rigs are water well drilling equipment independently developed by the company that can drill at 75-90° and integrate water drilling and air drilling functions. The drilling rig adopts a vehicle-type 525 gearbox, which has a wide transmission range, and the gear switching is sensitive and convenient. The transmission efficiency is doubled compared to the hydraulic transmission, and the power energy consumption is reduced by 35%, making it more efficient and energy-saving. It solves the problems of difficulty in drilling with air down-the-hole hammers in soil layers and low construction efficiency of rotary drilling rigs in hard rock layers, gravel, and pebble layers.

Features

1. The drilling rig speed can reach a speed range of 27-901r/min, and the maximum output torque is 10500N.m. 
2. The drilling rig adopts a long-stroke double-speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a stroke of 3500mm, which is used to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drill blockage and drill burning accidents.
3. The drilling rig adopts dual oil pumps to supply oil. A single pump is used when drilling, and the two pumps are combined when lifting the drill. The power loss is small and the auxiliary time is short.
4. It adopts crawler chassis and the outrigger cylinder stroke is 1.5m, which can be loaded automatically, making it easy to relocate and transport.
5. The drilling rig is in the machine. Some functional interfaces are reserved in the hydraulic system, and the functions can be expanded according to the process requirements of different users.
